I used to use rawpixels.net for this purpose, but that website suddenly disappeared earlier this year. I threw together this web app as a replacement. It's nothing fancy, but it does what I need, and it might do what you need too.Feel free to suggest a new name. PixPeep is the name I came up with because it lets you peep at pixel buffers, but the name is already used by something else (and it's honestly not that great).
